Traffic Update for NID's Banner Cascade Pipeline Project Construction

11/7/11
Traffic Update for NID's Banner Cascade Pipeline Project Construction

Construction activity on Wings of Morning Drive is concluded for this year due to winter weather conditions.  Final erosion control measures and road rock will be installed this week and be continually maintained throughout the winter by NID.  Treated water pipeline installation will be resumed in the spring.  Sesame Street and the west end of Wings of Morning Drive are available for residential use during the break in construction activities.

Construction activities along the rest of the project route are being reviewed for winter weather conditions as well.

NOTE:  Idaho Maryland construction at Madrone Forest continues week of Nov 7.  They are blocking the road for 20 minutes at a time.  Use alternate routes.   Gracie is also being dug up.  Banner Lava Cap also has construction work.  Good luck finding a way in or out during the day. ;-)
