Construction on NID’s Banner Cascade Pipeline project continues on Banner Mountain during good weather conditions. Watch for construction signage and flaggers as they help safely direct traffic through the following construction zones. Raw water pipeline installation continues along the east end of Wings of Morning Drive. Construction equipment and trucks will enter and exit Wings of Morning Drive from both ends from now until the project is completed. Turnouts are available along the alignment route allowing for passing residential traffic.
Final work on vaults is scheduled on Banner Lava Cap Road, between Idaho Maryland Road and Wings of Morning Drive, weather dependent. Traffic will be limited to one lane while construction activities are underway. Minimal delays are expected, however they may be up to twenty minutes in duration.
General clean up on Lee Lane is underway. Minimal delays are expected, however they may be up to twenty minutes in duration.

Residents that live along the pipeline alignment, or travel through the construction zone, and interested community members are invited to attend an open forum meeting Thursday, June 16th, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the NID Boardroom. NID and Teichert personnel will be present to address concerns that may be arising and answer questions about the project.

■ Overland from Madrone Forest Drive to Red Gate Road: To be determined.
■ Madrone Forest Drive: Restoration to be scheduled for the fall of 2011.
■ Overland between Madrone Forest Drive and the airport: Construction and
restoration are completed.
■ Airport and Loma Rica Water Treatment Plant: Construction is ongoing;
however, activities should not affect nearby residents. Restoration to be
scheduled for the fall of 2011.
■ Lee Lane:
· Treated water is now available for residents adjacent to the alignment; contact NID Customer Service at 530-273-6185 begin_of_the_skype_
