Construction Banner Lava Cap Saturday Oct 9

NID will be working on Saturday 10/9/10 along Banner Lava Cap Road between the two Altair Drive intersections.  They will be constructing a vault, tying into the treated water pipeline, and working on other services.  One lane will remain open with flaggers directing traffic from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM .  Delays up to twenty minutes are expected. Use an alternate route if possible.
